Part 2 | How to epoxy a basement | DIY epoxy floor | epoxy-coat review | high performance epoxy

In this episode we continue the series on DIY epoxy coating a basement floor. Make sure you check out part 1 of the series first. Part two of the series, we patch and apply the primer for the performance epoxy-coat product. This is not a sponsored video. The products in the video were purchased with our own funds from https://www.epoxy-coat.com/ as any ordinary order. First we patch the floor using the EPK-1000 patch kit. Next 48 hours later, we come back and apply the primer. Then we apply the main coat 24 hours later. When purchasing the epoxy-coat better half kit, we purchased the: Primer Patch kit Installation kit I strong recommend you purchase the primer when you are purchasing the kit. It helps to first seal the floor and reduce bubbles, get better color performance/matching from your main coat, and add to the durability and thickness of the overall coating. Think about as painting bare new never painted drywall. You should use a sealing primer first. Before any work began, make sure you thoroughly clean the floor. Check part 1 of the series to see how we prepped the floor. Then we followed up by vacuuming and wet mopping the floor to get all the dust. After the floor was thoroughly dried, we started with the patch. If your floor has dents, chips, cracks, or etc you really should patch it first before any priming. When purchasing the installation tools it does not include the extension to the squeegee so be sure to get a broom stick or other extension wand to use. While you're at it might as well get two so you don't have to switch the extension between the roller and the squeegee. If you have a broom or painters extension pole use can use those. Mix the epoxy according to the instructions, then pour, then squeegee, then bankroll with the roller and let dry. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ak4thewin Twitter: https://twitter.com/4thewin8 | 4thewin8 Site: https://www.vlog.4thewin.net/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ak4thewin/

Review | Polk Audio Signa S2 Sound bar 2.1 with sub | Better than more $$$ soundbars

Quick review of the Polk Audio Signa S2 Sound bar with wireless sub. See later in the video where sound is compared against built in tv speakers & Presonus ceres 4.5 BT speakers. Long story short, Sound bar sounds much better. More full range sound. No earth shattering bass. Highs are clear, and overall sound is not muffled or muddy. For a small to medium sized room it has potential to fill most of the room without getting any ear fatigue. Connected to tv via hdmi arc, which was very convenient and quick. Controls through TV remote. The voice clarity adjust function seems to work decently well, but takes a second or two before it "kicks in". For ~$120 paid for it, probably the best sound you can get under $300. If you want to pick it up check it out on amazon. May need to shop around to get the best price. Check the "used" section and see if there are anyone from amazon warehouse. https://amzn.to/2tnuJ2x ------------------------------------------------- Elevates home theater and music well beyond what you hear from your TV’s small built-in speakers Works with your TV and includes HDMI and optical cable for quick, easy setup 2” tall, low-profile design won’t block your TVs bottom edge or IR remote sensor and delivers rich, detailed, room-filling audio Exclusive Polk Voice Adjust technology dramatically increases vocal clarity and volume level for crystal clear dialogue no matter what you’re watching The low-profile Signa S2 universal TV sound bar delivers an incredible, room-filling home theater experience — far beyond anything you get from your TVs small built-in speakers. Includes HDMI cable for quick and easy setup. Features Polk’s patented Voice Adjust technology for clear dialogue and Dolby Digital decoding for immersive, performance-tuned surround sound. Includes a wireless subwoofer for deep bass impact. Plus, stream your favorite music through Bluetooth. Build Vlog | DeWalt & Milwaukee powerstation Build | Makita Bosch power station also

In this video we go over the build steps of building the power station powered by DeWalt 20v and Milwaukee M18 batteries. You can also power it with Makita 18v LXT and Bosch 18v batteries or really any batteries, but using power tool batteries since that's what I have, and what most people will probably have. This is just how I built it. I am not telling you to build this. It was not 100% by the book. If you do anything like this, proceed at your own risk and with extreme caution. Milwaukee Rover LED flood light sticks review | One is FLAWED | Must have light

One of these Milwaukee Rover LED flood lights is flawed with a major problem. Has a problem that could easily make it a brick. I use these lights on a regular basis on job sites. Since i am in a lot of IT closets and many of them are not what would see in a datacenter, lighting is often an issue. Lights have also proven very useful in low voltage work. The 2108 uses AA batteries, and I would strongly recommend using standard alkaline batteries instead of the AA rechargeables mainly due to the voltage drop in the rechargeable. Normal AA batteries are 1.5 volts, and Rechargeables are mostly 1.2 volts, with some rare 1.25 volts available. If you're using two of them in series then you have dropped already .5 volts when using 1.2 volt models. The 2108 belt clip can easily turn and knock off the head / cap where the batteries are stored, making the light useless without the cap. I've lost this cap before, but was lucky to find it. Many others may not be that lucky. Due to this I rarely ever use the belt clip on this light now. This issue could be easily fixed by Milwaukee if they shaved maybe 2 mm off the front of the cap. Both lights have two magnets. One on the top, and one near or on the belt clip. The ones on or near the belt clip are relatively useless, and shouldn't count as being there. The Milwaukee Red Lithium USB battery is holding up well. Rated for over 2000 cycles. It's not cheap, but is nice to have rechargeable battery, even in the light itself. Better pro is that the rechargeable battery is easily swappable for an instant swap to a new battery. Keeping one charged seems to be a good way to go. Both lights are well used in many situations and once I found they would easily stick to the corner bead of drywall on a finished out, making it easy to put out some decent area light in a brownout situation. They are both EDC (every day carry) for me. One in the tool box, and one in the pack. -- 2112 -- STICK IT. WEAR IT. CARRY IT. Powered by REDLITHIUM USB, the Milwaukee USB Rechargeable ROVER Pocket Flood Light delivers 445-Lumen of TRUEVIEW High Definition output and is capable of all-day runtime, over 2,000 recharges and 3X faster charging via USB. If you don't want to hear 20 minutes of talking about key aspects, skip to 20 minute mark in the video. Video has details over ratings for each category. Keep in mind any of these string trimmers will do perfectly fine for any normal job needed around the house, but in the video we are trying to find the best of the bunch. Regardless of which trimmer you get, be sure to swap the stock trimmer line with a GOOD quality .095 line. See link below for Husqvarna Titanium Force .095 string used in the video. Almost all the trimmers come with average quality .080 line, which really does the trimmer a disservice. Let me know in the comments, what you think. Maybe you feel differently?
